Job summary

Vail Resorts’ Ski School Support Staff role offers a fast-paced, guest-focused winter season in New Hampshire. You’ll assist with children’s programming, rental operations, guest check-in/out, and lesson areas, while ensuring safety and cleanliness.

Starting wages range from $20.00 to $31.00 per hour; positions are seasonal for 2026/2027, weekend/holiday availability required, and benefits include free employee passes, discounts, and professional development.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Experience in fast-paced, service-based environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Daily reservation and sales processing on resort operating systems.
• Daily setup and teardown of indoor facilities with attention to cleanliness and readiness.
• Assist with children's programs, rentals, check-in/out, and lesson-area operations.
• Support safety policies and service standards across the Ski & Ride School.
