Lincoln County Community Shelter and Resource Center is seeking a Winter Shelter Program Manager to lead operations for a two-location shelter (Newport and Lincoln City), ensuring safety and service quality for unhoused residents.

The role collaborates with county departments, faith-based groups, and volunteers to recruit staff, secure donations, develop policies, collect data, and pursue ongoing funding through grants and fundraising.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a social services field.
• Two years of experience serving disadvantaged populations.
• Oregon driver’s license required within 30 days of hire.
• Bilingual and/or bicultural competencies preferred.
