Vail Resorts in Leavenworth, WA is hiring for winter 2026/27 as a TicketChecker on the Lift Experience Team. Starting wage is $20.00 per hour, with full-time and part-time seasonal hours, and housing may be available. Rolling applications until December 15th or until filled.

The role emphasizes welcoming guests, validating tickets, and coordinating with lift operations to ensure safe, smooth experiences. Candidates must be 18+, fluent in English, and able to work outdoors in all weather.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver premium guest service by providing information and assistance with a smile.
• Validate tickets to ensure guests have a valid product before loading lifts.
• Work cooperatively with Lift Operators and other teams to ensure lift lines are safely managed and loads are efficient.
• Maintain and secure departmental equipment—scan devices, radios, etc.
• Escalate safety and product issues to leadership as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
