Job summary

Vail Resorts in Crested Butte, CO, is hiring a Chef, Paradise Warming House for Winter Seasonal 2026/2027. You will work alongside the Restaurant General Manager to lead the kitchen team, uphold food quality and safety, and deliver an exceptional dining experience for guests.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years restaurant experience with at least 1 year in a leadership position, a high school diploma, and TIPS/ServSafe certifications within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of restaurant experience with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• TIPS and ServSafe certifications must be obtained within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM with day-to-day operations of the restaurant and lead the culinary team.
• Maintain standards for facility, food preparation, cleanliness and safety.
• Develop and train menu items, conduct line checks and quality controls.
• Participate in daily briefings and safety meetings; manage inventory and scheduling.
