Sonnenalp Properties, Inc. is seeking talented seasonal Bartenders for the Sonnenalp Hotel Winter season. The role involves crafting classic cocktails, delivering exceptional service, and enhancing the guest experience across the Food & Beverage team.

Positions are full-time and part-time seasonal, with rolling hiring and winter dates. Prior luxury-hotel bartending and TIPS knowledge are preferred; must be 21+ and customer-focused.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum two years of bartending experience required.
• Friendly, warm and enthusiastic personality.
• Luxury hotel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take orders from guests and beverage orders from servers.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks per standard recipes.
• Learn regular guests' names and preferences.
• Prepare garnishes and replenish bar snacks.
• Present menus, offer recommendations, and answer beverage/food questions.
• Report equipment problems to bar supervisor.
• Assist in restocking bar inventory and supplies.
• Notify manager on duty if guest experience is unsatisfactory.
• Prepare drinks for the entire restaurant.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Sonnenalp team.
