Job summary

Brundage is seeking enthusiastic bartenders for the winter season at our McCall, Idaho location. You will prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, handle money, and operate the POS system while maintaining high standards of sanitation and guest service.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of bartending experience and are able to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and commute reliably to the worksite during busy days.

Qualifications

• Must be 19 years of age.
• 3 years bartending experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for duration of 8+hour shift.
• Must have a reliable transportation plan that allows for timely arrival to and from the worksite for all scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities

• Mixing, garnishing, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications for bar guests and servers.
• Money handling.
• Operate Point of Sale.
• Adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
• Help patrons select food and beverages by presenting menu; suggesting menu items; explaining lunch specials and answering questions.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Complete open and closing duties; including stocking and prep for bar area.
• General cleanliness of bar/restaurant area.
