Moving Mountains is seeking a Winter Seasonal Shuttle Driver in Colorado to transport guests, assist with luggage, and provide top-tier service in mountain conditions.

You’ll be on the frontline, answering questions, helping with directions, and ensuring safety through vehicle checks and careful driving. This role combines hospitality with dependable, outdoor work in a dynamic winter environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent; related experience ok.
• Experience in driving, hospitality, transportation, or customer service is a plus.
• Ability to operate vehicles to Moving Mountains standards.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow procedures.
• Positive attitude and teamwork mindset.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and varying hours.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests to and from predetermined locations.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and conversation.
• Answer questions and assist with directions and local information.
• Assist with loading/unloading luggage and equipment.
• Operate shuttles and manage winter driving in mountain conditions.
• Perform regular vehicle safety checks daily.
• Keep vehicles clean, fueled, and guest-ready after shifts.
• Report vehicle damage, maintenance needs, or issues to management.
• Perform minor repairs when possible and safe.
• Follow traffic laws, routes, and operating procedures.
• Work independently while coordinating with the team.
• Assist with other duties, including snow shoveling, as needed.
• Represent Moving Mountains with a positive, service-oriented attitude.
