Job summary

LAZ Parking in Colorado's mountain resort community is seeking a professional Shuttle Driver to safely transport guests and residents. CDL with Passenger Endorsement is required, and you will be the friendly face guests remember.

You'll greet riders, assist with boarding and luggage, provide local-area guidance, and uphold safety standards. The role offers full-time hours, competitive pay with tips, plus benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL and P endorsement required.
• Air Brake endorsement as required by vehicle type.
• Minimum 3 years of licensed driving experience.
• DOT Medical Certificate current and unexpired.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
• English communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet passengers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Assist guests with boarding, exiting, luggage, and accommodations.
• Provide information about local area and transportation services.
• Create a positive experience by anticipating guest needs and offering exceptional service.
• Represent LAZ and client partners professionally.
• Transport passengers safely to and from destinations.
• Operate shuttle vehicles per DOT regulations and company policies.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Monitor vehicle condition and report maintenance concerns promptly.
• Maintain safe passenger loading/unloading procedures.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and teammates.
• Maintain incident and operation reports.
• Perform routine vehicle cleaning and fueling.
• Maintain logs and documentation.
• Support overall transportation operations as needed.
