Job summary

Woodward Park City, part of POWDR Resorts, is seeking Winter Lift Operators to keep our lifts running safely and guests moving smoothly throughout the season. This outdoor, fast-paced role requires focus, reliability, and a friendly attitude.

You will operate chairlifts and surface lifts, assist guests with loading and unloading, monitor lift areas, and support daily opening and closing tasks while coordinating with Lift Operations and Maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to work outdoors in winter conditions.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Skiing or snowboarding ability preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate chairlifts and surface lifts safely following procedures.
• Assist guests with loading and unloading, including first-time riders.
• Monitor lift areas, manage lines, and report safety concerns.
• Support snow removal, lift-area cleanliness, and opening/closing tasks.
• Coordinate with Lift Operations and Maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
