Job summary

Sundance Mountain Resort in Utah is seeking a Winter Lift Operator – Level I to help keep the mountain moving. You will operate lifts, assist guests loading and unloading, and help maintain safe, efficient lift areas while working outdoors in varying weather.

This role requires weekend and holiday availability, a willingness to work in a high-energy mountain environment, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds as needed. Skiing or snowboarding at an intermediate level is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
• Intermediate skiing or snowboarding ability is preferred.
• Availability on weekends and holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate lift and assist guests with loading and unloading.
• Monitor lift operations, keep lines organized, and ensure safety.
• Support snow maintenance around stations and maintain orderly areas.
• Greet guests, answer questions, and provide friendly, professional service.
