Qualifications

• Coaching/advising experience at the high school level.
• Knowledge of and experience in the sport/activity for which you are applying.
• Ability and experience working with high school students.
• Ability and experience working with parents, fellow coaches and school district staff.
• Effective and positive communication skills.
• Ability to work within school district guidelines and budget.
• Valid First Aid card.
• Availability for daily practices and matches, or activities.
• Fundraising knowledge and/or capabilities.
• Understanding of OSAA rules and regulations.
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Commitment to cultural competency and diversity.
