Treetops Resort in Gaylord, Michigan is seeking a friendly Winter Guest Ambassador to greet guests, assist with equipment rentals, and help manage shop operations. Training is provided, and applicants must be 16 or older with reliable transportation.

You will handle rentals, tickets, and merchandise, while maintaining inventory, processing transactions, and delivering excellent guest service. This role requires flexibility for weekends, evenings, and holidays to support winter resort operations.

Competenze

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and regularly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25 pounds.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team while providing excellent guest service.
• Passion for customer service; previous retail experience is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.

• Manage inventory levels, conduct regular inventory counts, and replenish stock as needed to ensure the Pro Shop is well-stocked and organized.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handle cash or credit card payments, and maintain accurate sales and inventory records.
• Organize and display merchandise in an attractive manner to maximize sales and maintain a clean and well-organized Pro Shop environment.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support winter resort operations.
