Job summary

Greece Central School District seeks a steady leader to plan, implement, and manage the Greece Winter Guard and Greece Winter Drumline. You will oversee budgeting, scheduling, staff coordination, and marketing to ensure program goals are met.

Work with the Department of the Arts and other stakeholders to execute activities smoothly. The role also involves serving as project manager for the winter guard home show and advising the Parent Boosters.

Qualifications

• Minimum knowledge of all aspects of the marching arts (winds, percussion, colorguard, marching, etc.).
• Extensive knowledge of GCSD internal systems and processes.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Project management experience.
• Budget management experience.
• Data analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall planning, implementation, and management of the Greece Winter Guard & Greece Winter Drumline.
• Manage budgeting, scheduling, staff coordination and marketing to meet program goals.
• Collaborate with the Department of the Arts and stakeholders for smooth activity execution.
• Serve as the project manager for the winter guard home show.
• Advise the Parent Boosters and attend booster meetings as needed.
