PROCARE Landscape is hiring a Winter Equipment Operator for nights and weekends in Grand Rapids, MI. You will operate front-end loaders, skid steers, and tractors to remove snow from commercial sites and municipal lots, and respond to snow events day or night.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating loaders or similar heavy equipment.
• A valid chauffeurs driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required).
• Ability to work flexible hours (nights/weekends/holidays as needed).
• Tough, reliable, and always on time – no matter what the weather throws your way.

Responsibilities

• Operate loaders, Skid Steers, or Tractors to remove and relocate snow at commercial or municipal sites.
• Respond quickly to snow events – day or night, snow or sleet.
• Work closely with site supervisors and snow teams to execute efficient clearing routes.
• Perform pre- and post-operation inspections of equipment.
