Job summary

PROCARE Landscape is hiring Plow Truck Operators in Grand Rapids, MI for seasonal night, weekend, and on-call snow events. You will operate snow plow trucks on commercial or municipal routes, respond quickly to snow and ice events, and communicate with dispatch in real time.

The role offers top-tier equipment, fast-paced work, and bonus opportunities, with a path toward full-time positions for reliable team members. Valid driver's license and prior snow plowing experience preferred.

Your Mission:

• Operate snow plow trucks (with or without salters) on commercial or municipal routes.

• Respond quickly to snow and ice events, following plow routes and safety procedures.

• Clear snow from parking lots, private roads, driveways, or city streets.

• Communicate with dispatch and site supervisors in real time.

What You Bring:

• Valid Chauffeurs driver’s license

• Previous snow plowing or large vehicle experience

• Ability to work flexible hours during snow events (overnight, weekends, holidays)

• Reliable, tough, and ready to roll in any weather

• Safety-first mindset and attention to detail
