Job summary

Brian-Kyles Construction is seeking an experienced Winter Equipment Operator to join our snow operations crew. The role involves operating loaders, skid steers, and other snow-removal equipment, and performing tasks to clear snow from commercial parking lots, drives, and walkways.

The candidate should be able to work independently, respond to snow events, and comply with safety guidelines in winter conditions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating loaders, skid steers, or similar equipment — required
• Experience with commercial snow removal preferred
• Ability to operate equipment safely in winter conditions
• Dependable and willing to work overnight, early mornings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts

About the Position

Brian-Kyles is looking for an experienced Winter Equipment Operator to join our snow operations team.

This position is responsible for safely and efficiently operating loaders, skid steers, and other snow-removal equipment during winter weather events. We are looking for someone who knows their way around equipment, can work independently, and understands that snow removal means being ready to work when the weather hits.

What You'll Do

• Operate skid steers, loaders, and other snow-removal equipment
• Clear snow from commercial parking lots, drives, walkways, and other properties
• Load, push, pile, and relocate snow as needed
• Assist with salting and general snow-removal operations

What We're Looking For

• Ability to respond when called for a snow event
• Good communication and ability to work as part of a team
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Must be able to work outdoors in cold, snow, and other winter conditions
