Job summary

Brian-Kyles Construction is seeking reliable Plow Truck & Salt Drivers for the upcoming winter season to help keep commercial properties safe and accessible during snow events.

You'll operate plow trucks and salt spreaders, perform pre-trip inspections, follow routes, and report issues to supervisors while working overnights, weekends, and holidays as needed. CDL may be preferred for certain equipment; experience in winter driving is valued.

Qualifications

• Previous snow plowing or commercial winter driving experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• CDL preferred for applicable equipment/positions.
• Ability to safely operate a truck with a plow and salt spreader.
• Comfortable driving during snow, ice, darkness, and poor visibility.
• Dependable and responsive when called for a snow event.
• Ability to work overnight, early morning, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts.
• Ability to work independently and stay on task.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

About the Position

Brian-Kyles is hiring Plow Truck & Salt Drivers for the upcoming winter season.

You will be responsible for safely operating company plow trucks and salt-spreading equipment to keep commercial properties safe and accessible during snow and ice events.

We are looking for dependable drivers who are comfortable driving in winter weather and understand the importance of showing up when the storm hits.

Schedule

Snow removal is weather-dependent. Hours will vary based on storms and may include nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts.
