Job summary

Brian-Kyles is seeking Heavy Equipment Operators for winter snow removal work across multiple Ohio locations, including Amherst. This seasonal role offers competitive hourly pay and on-the-job training while you help keep communities safe during snow events.

You'll operate skid steers, wheel loaders, tractors, and other equipment, working variable hours and potentially overnight shifts. A valid US work authorization, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift 50 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• Operate heavy equipment to clear snow and ice.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site.
• Maintain and care for company equipment and vehicles.
• Attend training classes and seminars as requested by management.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment such as compact or full-size wheel loaders, and skid steers, to smaller tractors and UTVs to clear snow & ice from walks, drives, and parking lots according to the specified contracts and safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site, while ensuring the current landscape and property are not damaged in the efforts to remove snow
• Maintain and care for company-provided equipment, tools, and vehicles
• Attend training classes and seminars as requested by management
