Manulife John Hancock's Global Wealth & Asset Management Operations offers a full-time, 4-month co-op position in Boston, providing exposure to trading processes, fund administration, and cross-functional initiatives within a fast-paced asset management environment.

The role interfaces with onshore teams in Boston and offshore partners, delivering hands-on experience in trade lifecycle processing, reconciliations, and process improvements while contributing to operational controls and policy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with global teams.

Responsabilités

• Support daily trading operations, including trade lifecycle processing, reconciliation, and issue resolution.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions across assigned funds.
• Partner with internal trading, portfolio management, and operations teams to resolve breaks and exceptions.
• Assist in maintaining operational controls and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
• Participate in high-profile operational and strategic projects, including process improvements, system enhancements, and workflow automation.
• Support testing, implementation, and documentation of new processes or platforms.
