• Assist in maintaining operational controls and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
• Participate in high-profile operational and strategic projects, including process improvements, system enhancements, and workflow automation.
• Support testing, implementation, and documentation of new processes or platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify operational risks and efficiency opportunities.

This role sits within the Fund Administration group in GWAM Operations and will support both day-to-day trading activities and high-profile strategic initiatives. The individual will work closely with onshore teams in Boston as well as offshore partners, playing a key role in ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient fund operations.

Key Responsibilities

Please note the salary range is $42,900 to $56,600 USD.

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography, and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. The annual salary will be pro-rated based on the length of the work term.
