Job summary

Bogus Basin Mountain Recreation Area in Boise, ID is seeking a Winter CDL Plow Crew member to operate snow-removal equipment, keeping roads and parking lots safe and accessible for guests during the December–April season. You will be part of a mission-driven nonprofit that supports mountain recreation and community programming.

This full-time seasonal role requires a valid Class B CDL, heavy equipment experience, and a pre-employment drug test, with a flexible schedule (2:00am–11:00am or

Qualifications

• Heavy equipment operation experience required.
• Valid Class B CDL driver’s license.
• Pre-employment drug test required.
• Flexible schedule: Day Shifts (2:00am–11:00am), Night Shifts (2:00pm–10:30pm).

Responsibilities

• Operate plow trucks, wheel loaders, skid steers, and other snow removal equipment.
• Assist in maintaining equipment and communicate conditions to appropriate staff.
• Work with mechanics to address repair and maintenance issues.
• Follow safety procedures and standard operating protocols.
• Promote safety by reporting unsafe conditions or practices.
