Job summary

Bogus Basin Recreational Association, Inc. seeks a Winter CDL Plow Crew member to operate snow removal equipment and keep roads and parking areas safe for guests at Bogus Basin Mountain Recreation Area, ID. This seasonal, full-time role runs December through mid-April in a mountain environment.

Typical shifts are early mornings or afternoons. Candidates must hold a valid CDL (Class B+) and be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, with physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs.

Qualifications

• Heavy equipment operation experience is required.
• Valid Class B or higher CDL driver's license and insurability.
• Pre-employment drug test is required.
• Flexible schedule: Day Shifts (2:00am-11:00am), Night Shifts (2:00pm-10:30pm).
• Frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds, occasionally up to 100 pounds, and up to 35 pounds above shoulder level.

Responsibilities

• Operate plow trucks, skid steers, wheel loaders, and snow removal equipment.
• Maintain equipment and communicate conditions to staff.
• Work with mechanics to address repair and maintenance issues.
• Follow safety procedures and standard operating protocols.
• Promote safety by reporting unsafe conditions or practices.
