The Idaho Transportation Department is recruiting for a Transportation Technician to work up to 5 months in Moscow, Idaho. This seasonal, part-time position is not benefit eligible and offers hourly pay based on snowplow experience.

Minimum qualifications include a valid driver's license, experience operating vehicles with manual transmissions, and a Class A or B CDL. This role involves working in diverse weather and hazardous conditions on highways.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Work in all types of weather conditions, under hazardous conditions, on congested highways, around operating equipment and in a noisy environment
• Working irregular shifts, overtime, weekends, or holidays is frequently required
• Physically demanding tasks such as clearing brush and lifting and carrying heavy objects
