Yellowstone Club, LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for the upcoming Winter season (Nov–Apr) in Big Sky, MT. You will assist primary Property Managers in maintaining member residences, delivering exceptional guest service, and upholding club policies and standards.

The role emphasizes communication with Members, vendors, and staff, with duties spanning maintenance coordination, safety, and hospitality in a private Montana resort environment.

Formación

• 6 months of hospitality and/or related customer service experience.
• High school diploma, GED or vocational training or job-related coursework.
• Proven experience using communication and organizational skills to accomplish goals.

Responsabilidades

• Assist primary Property Managers in delivering best-in-class care to Members' residences.
• Maintain properties and implement club policies, procedures, and systems.
• Communicate effectively with Members, teammates, and contractors.
• Perform routine inspections of residences to ensure readiness.
• Respond to Member issues and coordinate timely, professional responses.
