Job summary

Yellowstone Club in Big Sky, MT seeks a Lead Property Manager - Lodges to oversee day-to-day operations, supervise a team of Property Managers, and support onboarding and member relations. The role emphasizes hospitality, compliance with club standards, and proactive project leadership.

You will coordinate with the Operations Manager, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure a seamless guest experience while maintaining high service levels across the Lodges neighborhood.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or similar field is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; 1–3 years leading teams is a plus.
• Valid US driver’s license with clean record; certifications such as PM License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property management operations in the Lodges neighborhood.
• Lead and supervise Primary and Assistant Property Managers.
• Assist with onboarding new members and maintaining client relationships.
• Ensure safety and compliance with Club policies and standards.
• Manage budgets and schedule weekly team activities and maintenance.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager on special projects and staffing.
