Yellowstone Club is seeking an Assistant Lodgekeeping Manager in Big Sky, Montana, to supervise Lodgekeeping and Laundry teams and support payroll, ordering, and scheduling. The role emphasizes outstanding guest service, safety, and professional representation of the club.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and 1–2+ years in a resort or club setting, with hospitality experience. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities for growth within Residential Services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2+ years of cleaning in a resort/club setting preferred.
• Experience in hospitality or lodgekeeping is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Lodgekeeping and Laundry Supervisors and staff daily.
• Ensure outstanding guest service and satisfaction across all interactions.
• Maintain safety procedures and secure environment for guests and team members.
• Coordinate schedules and work with other departments to meet service standards.
• Manage payroll, ordering, scheduling and staff development.
