Grand Hyatt Deer Valley Hotel in Park City, UT, is seeking a part-time winter seasonal Host/Hostess to welcome guests by phone and in person. The role includes handling reservations, seating arrangements and menu recommendations in a fast-paced, guest‑facing environment.

The position runs November 2026 through April 2027 with housing available on a first-come basis. Applicants should be 18+, able to stand 8–12 hours, and hold current alcohol service certification as required.

Qualifications

• Desire to provide excellent guest service in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal communication skills for phone and in-person interactions.
• Knowledge of computers and reservations systems.
• Flexible schedule including mornings/afternoons, weekends and holidays.
• Must be 18+ years old and able to stand/walk 8–12 hours.
• Alcohol server certification/food service permit as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet dining guests by phone and in person and take reservations.
• Assist with seating, accommodations and menu recommendations.
• Represent Hyatt in a positive, first-impression role and ensure guest satisfaction.
