Job summary

Deer Valley Resort in Park City, Utah, is hiring a Guest Services Agent for the Deer Valley Club on a seasonal basis. The role requires checking guests in and out, assisting with concierge needs, and delivering high-quality service across shifts including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Applicants must be able to lift up to 40 lbs, hold a valid U.S. driver’s license, and be comfortable driving company vehicles as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Deer Valley and the Park City area preferred.
• Must be able to work a varied schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs.
• Hold a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to drive company and owner vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Check guests and owners in and out of Deer Valley Club.
• Facilitate a smooth check‑in and check‑out for guests and owners.
• Cover front desk during scheduled shift.
• Answer the phones in a professional manner and transfer calls as appropriate.
• Post folio charges, perform folio reconciliation, and create shift reports.
• Assist with owner and guest requests and proactively solve guest problems.
• Concierge duties, including making reservations for restaurants and activities.
• Drive guests locally in the company vehicle.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions and settle guest balances upon departure.
• Assist with carrying guest luggage, firewood, and packages.
• Create and distribute updated schedules of recreational activities, local events, restaurant hours, etc.
• Other duties as assigned.
