Job summary

Montage International seeks an Activities Supervisor for the Winter Seasonal period in Park City, Utah. You will supervise daily activities, teach guided adventures, and ensure outstanding guest service in a mountain resort setting.

You will coordinate ski-related activities, manage equipment processes, and guide guests with local insights while maintaining high standards of safety and hospitality.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education required.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a hotel operations environment.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in customer service and resolving guest concerns promptly.
• Strong verbal communication with guests and vendors.
• Must be able to pass binding indemnification test from all ski manufacturers in skier services.
• Have knowledge about recreational activities applicable to Park City.

Responsibilities

• Teach guided activities, especially mountain biking and hiking.
• Oversee arrival and departure of guest equipment and ensure accurate ski rental processes.
• Guide guests to and from ski slopes, offering insights on local mountain conditions and dining options.
• Create and direct programs and daily activities, winter and summer.
• Ensure all guests are participating and that Paintbox information and permissions are completed.
• Maintain department cleanliness and organization to standards.
