The program runs January 4–May 21, 2027, with hybrid work (3 days in office). You will gain hands-on experience in planning, analytics, and cross-functional leadership, supporting senior leaders and key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate currently enrolled in a full-time academic program in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work cross-functionally.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Power BI or Tableau preferred.
• Interest in supply chain planning concepts and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop reporting and dashboards to track inventory depletion, packaging conversion status and project milestones leveraging large datasets.
• Create visibility tools and project governance to support transition tracking for leadership decision-making.
• Facilitate regular project meetings and follow-up actions to keep stakeholders aligned on timelines and risks.
• Develop mitigation strategies to reduce excess inventory and financial exposure during the transition.

Job Overview

Winter 2027 Co-op - Supply Planning & Analytics

As a Winter 2027 Co-op - Supply Planning & Analytics at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP), you will lead a high-impact strategic initiative to transition packaging across the Coffee Beverage portfolio. This project will support regulatory compliance requirements while minimizing inventory risk and obsolescence exposure throughout the transition lifecycle. You will gain hands‑on experience in supply chain planning, analytics, project management, inventory management, and cross‑functional leadership while working closely with Commercial, Brand, Demand Planning, Finished Goods Planning, Raw Material Planning, Supply Chain Initiatives, and senior leadership teams.

Shift/Schedule: The KDP 2027 Winter Co‑op Program runs from January 4th - May 21st, 2027

Location: Burlington, MA

Full-time; 40 hours per week Monday-Friday 8:00am until 5:00pm Hybrid (3 Days In Office/Week)

As a Supply Planning & Analytics Co‑op you will:

• Develop reporting and dashboards to track inventory depletion, packaging conversion status & project milestones leveraging large datasets
• Create visibility tools & project governance that support transition tracking enabling leadership decision‑making and cross‑functional alignment
• Facilitate regular project meetings & follow up actions to ensure stakeholders remain aligned on timelines, risks, inventory impacts & transition readiness; escalating issues when required
• Develop mitigation strategies to reduce excess inventory & financial exposure throughout the transition process

• Engaging and partnering on innovative projects to gain experience in a fast paced, cross functional team environment
• Receive mentor support for your professional development
• Participate in meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives and other organization leaders
• Receive professional development training such as networking, professional skills development and presenting
• Complete a project from start to finish and present it and your takeaways to your team, department, and senior leaders to highlight your project work and impact on the business

Total Rewards:

• $31/hr Paid bi-weekly
• $5,000 sign-on bonus, paid within first 30 days of employment

Requirements:

• Undergraduate currently enrolled in a full time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Operations Management, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to work cross‑functionally, be independently driven & adapt to changes
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Preferred:

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools
• Experience with project management methodologies
• Knowledge of supply chain, inventory management, or operations planning concepts
• Experience working with large datasets
