Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper's Winter 2027 Co-op – Logistics Operations offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment, working with drivers, warehouse staff and the logistics team in Northlake, IL.

This full-time program runs Jan 4 – May 21, 2027, with a 8:00am–5:00pm schedule, Monday–Friday. You will support shipping/receiving, documentation, dock scheduling, data accuracy, and cross-functional communications while gaining exposure to core supply chain processes.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate currently enrolled in a full-time program in a related field (e.g., Supply Chain, Business).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate driver check-in/check-out and communicate with warehouse and transportation teams.
• Monitor inbound/outbound shipping appointments for dock scheduling.
• Prepare and maintain shipping/receiving paperwork (bills of lading, manifests).
• Update load status and shipment details in warehouse/transport systems.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with procedures for shipping, receiving, and inventory.
• Communicate with drivers, carriers, warehouse staff, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Support daily operations and maintain organized records for inbound/outbound freight.

Job Overview

Winter 2027 Co-op – Logistics Operations

Join Keurig Dr Pepper's warehouse and distribution team and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced operational environment that plays a critical role in delivering products to customers efficiently and safely. This role provides exposure to daily distribution center operations, including collaboration with drivers, warehouse personnel, and logistics teams while working alongside material-handling equipment such as forklifts and trailers. The individual will contribute to maintaining safe, efficient, and compliant operations by adhering to all PPE, safety, GMP, and facility requirements, while developing a strong understanding of warehouse processes, inventory movement, and supply chain execution.

Shift/Schedule

• The KDP 2027 Winter Co-op Program will run from January 4 – May 21, 2027
• Full-time; 40 hours per week
• Monday-Friday
• 8:00am until 5:00pm
• In-person in our Northlake, IL plant

As a Logistics Operations Co-op you will

• Coordinate driver check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accurate documentation and timely communication with warehouse and transportation teams.
• Monitor and manage inbound and outbound shipping appointments to support efficient dock scheduling and workflow execution.
• Prepare, process, and maintain shipping and receiving documentation, including bills of lading, manifests, and other logistics-related paperwork.
• Update and track load status, shipment details, and appointment schedules within warehouse management and transportation systems.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company procedures for all shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, carriers, warehouse personnel, and internal stakeholders to resolve scheduling and documentation issues.
• Support daily distribution center operations by maintaining organized records and ensuring the smooth flow of inbound and outbound freight.

Total Rewards

• $31.00/ hour
• Paid bi-weekly
• $5,000 Sign-on Bonus, paid within first 30 days of employment

Requirements

• Undergraduate currently enrolled in a full time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Supply Chain Management, Business, or another related field
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills including excellent listening, written, and verbal abilities
• Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and adapt to changes
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
