Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18+ years of age.
• Experience working with children and knowledge of unique needs.
• Coursework or training in child development or related field.
• Communication skills; oral, written, and visual with adults and children.
• Ability to model professional standards with students, parents, staff and community.
• Familiarity with Google technology software or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and joy by modeling professional behavior and coaching staff.
• Keep site documents up to date and ensure licensing standards.
• Outline attendance protocols, behavior policies, safety procedures.
• Ensure program tasks are completed effectively and foster team cohesion.
• Support safety protocols and report on safety measures.
