Job summary

The Lodge at Primland, Auberge Collection, located in Virginia’s Blue Ridge Mountains, is seeking an enthusiastic Activity Guide to create a warm, inviting environment for guests and to showcase the property's outdoor offerings.

You will guide guests through hunting, fishing, equestrian activities, RTV trail rides and clay shooting, work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays, and collaborate across departments as needed, upholding the ENRICH values and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid vehicle operator’s license and knowledge of resort offerings.
• Broad knowledge of outdoor activities including hunting, fishing, equestrian, RTV trail riding, and clay shooting.
• Accreditation for shotgun training, coaching, or instruction.
• Ability to lift 50 lb.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

A Primland Activity Guide must embody the ENRICH values and create a warm and inviting environment for our guests.

Qualifications

• Must have vehicle operator’s license and knowledge of property and resort offerings
• Broad range of knowledge and work experience in different outdoor activities including hunting,

Fishing, equestrian, RTV trail riding and clay shooting

• Accreditation for shotgun training, coaching, instruction
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Ability to perform job with minimum supervision

To be considered for this position you must be able to:

1. Able to work flexible shifts
2. Willing and able to work different department based on business needs
3. Willing to work extended periods of 6 days a week if needed
4. Willing to stay late to cover business needs
5. Able to work overtime based on business needs
6. Able to work holidays and weekends
7. Have no restrictions on schedule
8. Able to maintain an average of 40 hours a week for each quarter
