Qualifications

• Knowledge of outdoor activities including hunting, fishing, equestrian, RTV trail riding and clay shooting.
• Accreditation for shotgun training, coaching, instruction.
• Must have vehicle operator’s license and knowledge of property.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm and inviting environment for guests while embodying ENRICH values.
• Coordinate and lead a range of outdoor activity experiences.
• Adapt to different departments based on business needs.
• Maintain safety and scheduling during shifts.
• Support guests with personalized experiences.
