Job summary

The Lodge at Primland, Auberge Collection, Virginia-based resort, seeks an enthusiastic Activity Guide to create a warm, engaging guest experience and showcase the property's outdoor offerings from hunting to fly-fishing and horseback riding. This role embodies ENRICH values and supports a luxury, guest-centric environment.

You will work across departments as needed, maintain safety standards, and help guests plan memorable experiences in a stunning mountain setting.

Qualifications

• Must have vehicle operator’s license and knowledge of property and resort offerings.
• Broad range of knowledge and work experience in different outdoor activities including hunting, fishing, equestrian, RTV trail riding and clay shooting.
• Accreditation for shotgun training, coaching, instruction.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to perform job with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Able to work flexible shifts.
• Willing and able to work different department based on business needs.
• Willing to work extended periods of 6 days a week if needed.
• Willing to stay late to cover business needs.
• Able to work overtime based on business needs.
• Able to work holidays and weekends.
• Have no restrictions on schedule.
• Able to maintain an average of 40 hours a week for each quarter.
