Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing.
• Proven leadership of multi-disciplinary manufacturing teams.
• Proficiency in CAD and familiarity with PLM/MES systems.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of manufacturing engineers for wing process development and integration into final assembly.
• Develop wing build sequencing aligned with installations, alignments, and inspections.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to resolve fit, alignment, and integration challenges quickly.
• Oversee creation of work instructions, quality checkpoints, and tooling requirements.
