Job summary

Archer is seeking a Composite Fabrication & Assembly Supervisor in Santa Clara, CA to lead a team in laser-focused aerospace composites. You will oversee fabrication, assembly, integration and repair of composite structures for our eVTOL program, ensuring quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

This role requires 7+ years in aerospace composites, strong leadership, and expertise with CATIA/NX/SolidWorks, MBD, and specialized inspection tools.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in composite fabrication, modification, and repair in aerospace manufacturing.
• Hands-on expertise with composite layup, secondary bonding, scarfing, drilling and structural repairs.
• Familiarity reading engineering drawings, MBD, and 3D CAD data (CATIA/NX/SolidWorks).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of composite technicians in production, modification, and repair.
• Provide technical guidance on material selection, bonding, fastening, and repair procedures.
