Mark is seeking a focused Fry Cook to specialize in the wing unit, preparing chicken wings, fried items, subs and salads according to our recipes and portions. You will operate deep fryers safely and coordinate with the makeline to time orders.

This role requires strong teamwork in a fast-paced setting, adherence to food safety procedures, and the ability to read order tags. Opening, closing, and cleaning duties are part of daily responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Cook wings and fryer foods safely and to company recipes and portions.
• Sauce and package wings and fryer foods for pickup or delivery.
• Prepare subs, salads, and wing unit items per recipes.
• Time fryer foods to finished orders with ovens and makeline.
• Maintain fryers and keep wing unit stocked; perform opening/closing duties.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and safety procedures, including hot oil handling.
