Colonial Group in Williamson, NY is seeking a Fry Cook to operate the wing unit, prepare chicken wings, fryer foods, subs and salads according to company recipes.

You will time fryers, coordinate with makeline, maintain cleanliness, and follow safety procedures for hot oil. Candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced kitchen and read order tags accurately.

This at-will position offers hands-on kitchen experience in a busy restaurant environment.

Mansioni

• Cook wings and fryer foods safely and according to Company recipes, cook times, and portions.
• Sauce and package wings and fryer foods for pickup or delivery.
• Prepare subs, salads, and other wing unit items according to Company recipes.
• Time fryer foods to finish with the items in the oven, coordinating with the makeline and ovens so that each order is completed together.
• Handle raw meat safely and ensure all food is fully cooked.
• Maintain, rotate, and clean the fryers according to Company procedure.
• Keep the wing unit stocked, complete prep items as assigned, and complete opening, closing, and cleaning duties on the daily list for the wing unit.
• Follow all Company food safety, sanitation, and safety procedures, including procedures for working with hot oil.
