Vicmar Inc. dba Main St Pizza Company in Batavia, NY is seeking a Fry Cook to join our busy kitchen. You will deep fry menu items, time orders with other items, and work with deep fryers all shift in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires reading orders carefully, staying organized, and maintaining food safety. Previous kitchen experience is preferred; strong time management and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds are important.

In this position, you will be responsible for deep frying various menu items, and you will be called upon to time these orders with other items within the restaurant. This is a fast‑paced, detail‑driven position. We have many wing sauces, so you must read orders carefully and will be working with deep fryers all shift.
