Job summary

Under limited supervision, you will learn welding, machining and fabrication while maintaining pumps, filters, and tanks, and ensuring safe operation of all equipment across the production line.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of experience preferred.
• Able to climb ladders and work in confined spaces.
• Ability to read basic schematics and manuals.
• Commitment to safety and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety, efficiency, and quality goals.
• Follow procedures and support safety programs and policies.
• Perform basic service, troubleshooting, repair, modification, installation of equipment.
• Learn basic welding, machining, and fabrication.
• Repair pumps, filters, valves, tanks, and processing equipment.
• Understand and troubleshoot motors and motor controls.
• Diagnose mechanical machinery and parts.
• Replace mechanical and electrical parts as needed.
• Study basic mechanical, piping, and electrical schematics.
• Conduct risk assessments of processes and tasks in the department.
