Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; AA/AS in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform general and preventative maintenance on winery and facility systems.
• Conduct mechanical and electrical checks on motors and belts; manage lubrication duties.
• Diagnose malfunctions and determine root cause for winery equipment.
• Respond to emergency situations to resolve issues promptly.
• Replace faulty or expired parts to minimize downtime.
• Support production schedules to meet delivery commitments.
• Assist with harvest and crush equipment operations.
• Provide repair and troubleshooting services for bottling line and related equipment.
• Order, purchase, and maintain inventory of parts and tools.
• Contribute to carpentry, painting, plumbing and electrical projects as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards (OSHA, ISO, FSSC).
• Manage monthly expense reports and company card purchases.
