Job summary

Dendric Estate in the Kamas Valley of northern Utah seeks a hands-on Winemaker to lead all aspects of our estate cider production—crush, fermentation, blending, and packaging. You will work closely with the orchard team to align fruit quality with bottled beverages, overseeing lab analysis, sanitation, and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2 years of hands-on experience in wine, cider, or craft fermentation environments.
• Strong understanding of fermentation chemistry, beverage microbiology, and cellar operations.
• Ability to lift and move 55+ lb objects safely and repeatedly.
• Basic laboratory skills and equipment operation experience.

Responsibilities

• Cidery operations: support production phases from fruit receiving to bottling and blending.
• Maintain cellar logs with key metrics like pH, TA, and SO2 daily.
• Coordinate harvest timelines with the orchard team and manage inventory.
• Ensure sanitation, safety, and equipment maintenance across production areas.
