Job summary

Danza del Sol Winery in Temecula is seeking a part-time tasting room assistant to greet guests, replenish inventory, and help with events. You will stock glasses, assist with packaging purchases, and keep the tasting bar organized while maintaining a friendly, professional attitude.

This role requires weekend and holiday availability, ability to lift 40–50 lbs regularly, and a positive team spirit. Prior cash register experience is helpful; wine knowledge is a plus. Starts at $16.50/hr plus tips.

Responsibilities

• Replenish wine inventory in tasting room from back stock room.
• Stock tasting/wine club glasses at check-in register.
• Stock check-in register with wine club shipments.
• Set up patio.
• Clear, rinse, and box dirty glasses; transport to back stock room.
• Keep patio tables and belly-ups clear of dirty glasses and trash.
• Clear dirty glasses from tasting bar.
• Periodically check bathroom; clean and stock paper as needed.
• Stock wine as needed; maintain clean glass stock.
• Assist with maintaining non-wine merchandise inventory on floor.
• Convey a friendly, professional attitude in the tasting bar; assist with packaging purchases and transport to customer vehicles.
• Open bottles as needed and date open bottles; assist with event support.
