Job summary

Cooper's Hawk Winery and Restaurants is looking for a Tasting Room Attendant in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this role, you will create memorable moments for guests through wine tastings and exceptional hospitality. You'll guide guests with your knowledge of wine and our Wine Club, ensuring they have a welcoming experience.

The ideal candidate will be at least 21 years old with experience in restaurants or retail environments, and a strong passion for providing outstanding service. Flexible scheduling and a positive attitude are essential!

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• Experience in restaurants, retail, or wine environments preferred.
• Comfort speaking to guests about wine and the Wine Club.
• A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Flexible availability including weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Guide guests through wine tastings and retail offerings.
• Prepare and maintain the tasting station.
• Communicate with team members for smooth service.
• Build relationships with guests and create memorable experiences.
