Job summary

Willamette Valley Vineyards in Oregon seeks a friendly Tasting Room Associate to deliver an unforgettable guest journey through wine tastings, promote Wine Club memberships, and ensure a welcoming estate experience in the Dundee Hills. Weekend availability and prior serving experience are required.

You will greet guests, describe wines and winemaking, and assist with on-site events and shipping orders, while maintaining a safe, inviting environment and supporting the Willamette Valley Vineyards

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and guide them through a CHEERS experience.
• Describe wines, winemaking techniques and winery history.
• Promote wine, non-wine merchandise, and Wine Club memberships.
• Process guest transactions including shipping orders.
• Assist with on-site events and monthly Pairings Dinners.
