• Describe wines and winery history to promote sales and club memberships.
• Take orders and assist with food service as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide a memorable tasting experience.
• Describe wines, winemaking techniques and winery history through our unique stories, and promote wine sales and wine club memberships.
• Take food and wine orders from guests.
• Assist in serving food, supporting events, and maintaining a sustainable environment
• Handle routine purchasing transactions and guest account accuracy
• Perform daily opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain glassware and organize wine storage and tasting room area
• Assist with on-site events and monthly Pairings Dinners
• Support sustainability initiatives.
