Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote trust and respect among associates and create a welcoming environment for customers
• Answer questions about products and offer wine pairing suggestions
• Inform customers of wine specials and maintain knowledge of department inventory
• Provide samples following company guidelines and applicable laws
• Assist with temperature control and safety procedures in the department
• Report safety risks or issues to store management and assist with maintenance
