Assist the department manager in reaching sales and profit goals, and monitor all quality assurance standards. • Second language (speaking, reading, and/or writing)
• Knowledge of imported and domestic wine and beer varieties, flavor profiles, and production methods
• Knowledge of industry trends in specialty wines and beers relevant to consumers
• Experience working with wine and beer
• Retail experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 21 years of age

• Pass wine test upon employment
