You will work closely with the department manager and team to provide friendly, knowledgeable service and maintain accurate pricing and stock levels. Ideal candidates are 21+ and comfortable handling wine and spirits, with strong communication and safety awareness.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age to sample products in the wine and spirits department.
• Ability to deal tactfully and effectively with customers.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Thorough understanding of safety requirements and company safety policies.
• Ability to apply on-the-job safety training to recognize and react to safety hazards and operate equipment.

Responsibilities

• Be a Product Guide: help guests find products, offer recommendations, and take special orders.
• Deliver Great Service: answer questions, resolve concerns, ensure guests leave feeling supported.
• Support the Team: work with associates and leadership to meet department goals and maintain high standards.
